Welcome Morning Teas

Welcome Morning Teas

Informal gatherings that help people new to the community connect, ask questions, and meet others in a relaxed and supportive setting.
People making noodles at cultural event indoors.
Welcome Morning Teas provide a friendly introduction to community life for people who are new to the area.

These informal sessions offer opportunities to meet others, learn about local services, and build early social connections. Information is shared in accessible ways, and BRMC staff are available to answer questions and provide guidance.

The program helps reduce isolation, supports orientation, and builds confidence in navigating everyday life. Interpreters are arranged where needed, and sessions are delivered in welcoming community settings.
