Anti-Racism Training

Anti-Racism Training

Training that supports organisations to recognise, address, and prevent racism in everyday practice.
Diverse group meeting in community centre room.
BRMC's Anti-Racism Training supports participants to understand how racism operates at personal, organisational, and systemic levels, and how it can show up in everyday attitudes, behaviours, policies, and practices — often unintentionally.

The program builds practical skills to recognise and respond to racism when it is encountered in workplaces, organisations, and community settings. Training is grounded in lived experience and focuses on realistic strategies that support accountability and safer environments. Sessions are tailored to organisational context and delivered in a way that is honest, respectful, and focused on learning rather than blame.
